The participants were placed in an alternative pattern. the task was to sort the participants into two categories, girl and boy. The absolute rule of this activity was that the participants can only move as a couple. It helped the participants to focus and solve the puzzle as a team. It created team spirit among participants.

And any two members of the group were called to participate in this activity. Among them one will be the runner and the other will be the observer. IMPACT AND EVALUATION

The program was highly engaging. The program was helpful in creating self-confidence among the participants. This program, for me as a person, gave the courage and confidence to act according to the situation. This program also improved my leadership quality as well as my observation skill. It provided me with some good opportunity to present my talents. The coordinators were  encouraging as well as ensured the participation of every student in the activities.

CONCLUSION

The capacity building program helped to know our selves. It also helped in creating a sense of team spirit. The program really helped to improve concentration, observation, and creativity. Moreover as a teacher student, this program has given me some idea on how to conduct an event successfully and how to manage a class without boredom, with complete engagement of the pupil present.
